3. Substitutions

Flowers and plants are seasonal products. While we always aim to match the product image, we may need to substitute certain stems or containers of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and quality.

We will maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of the design when substitutions are required.

4. Delivery

• Standard deliveries are made within the time windows displayed at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable.
• If we cannot complete a delivery, we may contact you to arrange redelivery or collection where possible.

5. Cancellations & changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

• Same-day orders can usually only be changed within a short time frame after placing the order.
• For future-dated orders, changes are generally possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellations or changes once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

6. Returns & refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns in the same way as non-perishable goods. However, your satisfaction matters to us:

• If you are unhappy with the condition of your flowers upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
• We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or partial refund if the product does not meet our quality standards.
